    • Have you always wanted to know English better? Do you have limited time to study English because of work or family? Do you want to learn English on a university campus from the very best teachers using the most modern techniques?

    Join us at the English as a Second Language Program at Queens College. We offer a complete series of courses using the latest methods and materials. Improve your pronunciation, listening, speaking, reading, writing and/or test-taking skills. Language lab facilities are available on campus for all listening and speaking courses.

    Courses may be taken at your convenience, during the daytime, evenings, or on Saturdays. All our teachers are experienced and hold a master's degree in teaching ESL. Take one, two, or three courses each semester. A full-time program is also available.

    Some classes require a placement test. At the end of the semester, students are awarded a certificate after successful completion of each course.
